Empresa Folha da Manhã S/A is a Brazilian holding that controls the newspapers Folha de S. Paulo and Agora, and it is subordinated to Grupo Folha.[1] Its main stockholder was Octavio Frias de Oliveira from 1962 to 2008, when he died. His two sons, Luiz and Otavio are now the president and editor of the empire, respectively.[2]
